Type | Rohde&Schwarz ZVA110 |
Class | Vector Network Analyzer / Spectrum Analyzer |
Responsible | doc. Ing. Jaroslav LÁČÍK, Ph.D. |
The vector network analyzer Rohde&Schwarz ZVA110 is able to measure a module and phase of scattering parameters of microwave circuits and antennas up to 110 GHz. It excels with a wide frequency range starting from 10 MHz to 110 GHz, the dynamic range getting over 130 dB in some frequency bands and the output power of measuring ports up to 8 dBm.
Microwave structures terminated by coaxial connectors, waveguides or probes (on wafer measurement) can be measured in the antenna laboratory. Thanks to these abilities, it is possible to do experimental research of microwave circuits and antennas based on semiconductors, waveguides, substrate integrated waveguide technology, or artificial materials.
