A small-size printed inverted-L monopole antenna for mobile application was fabricated. The antenna is simply structure with an L-shaped fed by microstrip line. The proposed antenna achieves a 10 dB impedance bandwidth from 2. 3 GHz to 2.6 GHz, which can cover the WLAN2400 and WiMAX2300/2500 operation bands suitable for integrated wireless services. For obtained omnidirectional radiation patterns it is suitable for application to a mobile phone and handheld personal communication devices.
