Functional prototype of a mobile unit for collecting subjective quality assessment is a comprehensive system for measuring and evaluating the subjective quality of experience (QoE) in a mobile network. It is a mobile device using the Android operating system, which can be used in any environment and rapidly detect and QoE rating for the current settings of the mobile network.
