The apparatus was designed for diagnostics and measure of Hall sensors and Hall probes. It also allows measuring the concentration of charge carriers in semiconductor materials. The apparatus enables fluent change of magnetic field vector direction. Construction apparatus has been designed as transparent. This allows facile visual check of the position of probes and measured samples.
