The R&S® FSVR13 combines a full-featured 10 Hz to 13.5 GHz signal and spectrum analyzer with a real-time spectrum analysis in the time domain with a span of up to 40 MHz, sampling rate of 128 MS/s in 16 bit resolution and FFT calculation rate of up to 250 000 spectra/s. The equipment is capable of analyzing most of the PSK, FSK, and QAM modulation formats in the IQ plane and in the booth time and frequency domain. It supports measuring of various signal and two-port network characteristics such as EVM, MER, phase noise, jitter, statistical characteristics of signals, and ensures also export of I/Q baseband modulation components.
