A four-channel digital mixed signal oscilloscope DPO72004C is characterized by bandwidth of 20 GHz and sampling rate 50 GS/s. These parameters qualify it to the top class of equipment in the market. Among its other nice features is high S/N ratio in signal processing, real time synchronization at up to 5 Gbit/s, recording long intervals of the measured signal (up to 250 MS) and many other possibilities. It is supplemented by a number of software modules for time, frequency or statistical analysis of signals, vector analysis, UWB spectrum analysis, modules for measurement of pulse signals or for the analysis of specific communication protocols. Two high-quality trimode differential probes P750 have the bandwidth of 20 GHz, which means signals in the whole frequency band of the oscilloscope can be analyzed. The integral part of the device is 16 channel logic analyzer with a time resolution ≤ 100 ps which finds its use at the analysis of both logic and mixed high-speed circuits. The differential logic probe P6780 is supplemented by accessories for easy measurement on printed circuit boards.
