Mobile DL / UL Service Emulator (MDUSE) allows emulation of mobile service for both connection directions (downlink and uplink). The MDUSE manages the network parameters for mobile data service. The MDUSE can affect several network parameters and provides specialized features. The MDUSE is independent of end-user device and network platform.
