PXI Module

TypeKeithley
ClassElectronic measuring instrument
Responsibleprof. Ing. Radimír VRBA, CSc.

A set of six Keithley measuring instruments destined for the combination according to the PXI standard, which is an open platform for programmable automata in the field of measuring and automation systems, which is necessary for the analysis and research in the measurement of optoelectronic parameters including the desired stability and measurement accuracy.
Two Keithley 2510-AT instruments are used for laser diode module testing. Keithley 2502 (Dual-Channel Picoammeter) instrument offers two independent picoammeter-voltage source channels for a wide range of low level measurement applications including laser diode testing. The Model Keithley 6220 is a DC current source, combining ease of use with exceptionally low current noise. The Keithley 2420 is a special instrument designed specifically for test applications that demand tightly coupled sourcing from different Keithley models. This model provides precision voltage and very stable current sourcing. The Keithley 2602A is an instrument and system tool for the measurement of voltage-current characteristics of prospective components according to topical trends v industry and electronics.
